Here is a "challenge" sheet that you can do by yourself or with a friend or family member !
All you need to do is write your names in the top left corner and personalize each column with a challenge (ex : exercising 45 minutes, eating 5 fruits and vegetables, eating a certain amount of proteins, etc.)
If you completed the challenge that day you can color in your half of the challenge square.
At the end of the week, you can see who won and gains the reward that was decided upon at the beginning of the week.
It's up to you !
