“Think of the withered city trees,” writes Helen Godfrey. “They need us.”

Personal project based on an opinion piece published in the Globe and Mail on December 29, 2016, about a collective of older women who came together to care for city trees.

The idea was to represent this mobilization of older women to care for urban vegetation. This theme is close to my heart, as I worked for several years with an organization that planted street trees in San Francisco.
